Water frequently stagnates at the bottom substrate of the hydrogen generating device. Is there any risk of leakage?

It is good to keep the electrode part at the center of the bottom substrate dry. Water sometimes stagnates at the bottom substrate when using. There is no risk for leakage due to this but the electrode should be kept dry always. In addition, there is a risk of leakage if the whole substrate is dropped into water or the end of the wires contacts water.
